Walking Tours of the Park
- conducted by park personnel at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
each day. Learn about all the interesting and exotic fruit and spice
plants growing there.
Potting & Storage Tent
- Store your purchases while you continue to stroll around or have
your bare root purchases repotted. Both services are provided by
Orchidmania and the modest fees are devoted entirely to the care of
children with AIDS.
US Department of Agriculture
- Inspectors will be on hand to provide phytosanitary certificates and
CITES documentation for those wishing to take plants out of the
country.
Rest Areas
- Where you can sit and relax in the shade.
The Park Store
- Near the entrance, offers a unique choice of preserves and bottled
juices, as well as a variety of interesting books on plants and
gardening.

entrance to the parking lot is on S.W. 187th Avenue, just south of
S.W. 248th Street and will be well signposted.
